FitSM-0, -1, -2 and -3 constitute the FitSM core standard. These documents contain the generic guidance for implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) in a lightweight, yet effective way. The core standard is also the basis for all FitSM Foundation and FitSM Advanced Level trainings.

FitSM-1 provides a set of requirements for a service management system (SMS). It sets out a lightweight and achievable approach towards IT Service Management that can support effective management of IT services for small and medium-sized organisations.
