M151 is a United States Infantry unit.
Overview
M151 or officially: Truck, Utility, ¼-Ton, 4×4 was the successor of the Korean war era M38 and M38A1 Jeep Light Utility Vehicles. These were replaced by HUMVEE starting in 1985.
In-game M151 were used to carry weapon teams and Military Police squads.
