Culture at ValorTech is a part of how we operate. One of our most unique and meaningful benefits is Service PTO: paid time off for employees to volunteer at a nonprofit or community cause of their choice.
Mentoring local youth. Serving at a food bank. Supporting veterans. However our people choose to give back, we honor that time—and then follow it with a financial donation to the organization in their name. Because community work should be personal, visible, and supported.

At ValorTech, benefits are a direct expression of our principles. We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and seen. That’s why we offer mental health resources, actively build more equitable pathways into tech, and maintain a leadership team where women hold 60% of the seats—because representation isn’t optional.
But support doesn’t stop at the office door. We make space for purpose, for service, and for showing up in ways that matter. Whether it’s paid time to volunteer, support for military families during deployment, or simply the ability to unplug when it’s needed most—we invest in people, not just productivity.
