Due to popular demand, a portion of my last lj post is here for everyone's viewing pleasure;
....someone stole a doll, some time around 8 pm we 4 digs in squadron 22 got the following email:
There has been a mysterious disappearance of C4C Kim’s Jawa. For those of you who don’t know what a Jawa is, don’t worry about it. Skanky Jawa, as it’s now been named, will be held at an undisclosed location until the ransom of 1 hug to Kim by each male cadet from squadron 22, class of 2008, and a reconciliation between Warriner and Kim is achieved. Don’t bug Mark about this issue. He has no idea who is sending this, and at what time it’s being sent. I just saw Shaffi leave his room, but uh-oh, he forgot to close his door all the way his laptop was wide open, so I jumped all up on it. The ball’s in your court Antonio, make a move. Leave a message on Gayer’s door when the mission is accomplished. Comeandgettajawa.
Sincerely, Anonymous
you have to understand the following; Kim is strange. ok, that's not it. like, strange. he has this little jawa that he has a 'home' for on his desk. he talks to it... and makes his room mate talk to it...
also, he hates contact. like, you can't touch his shoulder to get his attention or anything, he'll freak out. during basic someone shined a light in his eyes and he like attacked him.
anyway;

“Cadet Guibert/Beaumont/Semple,
Ma’am/Sir, a piece of memorabilia in my room was stolen from me today sometime in the afternoon. I received an email from an individual using Cadet Fourth Class Mark’s computer with a rather disturbing message that I would have to pay a “ransom” of engaging in perceived public displays of affection to each male member of the class of 2008 in Cadet Squadron 22. I am rather disappointed by the failure of my classmates to recognize the Honor Code in that I do not expect things to be stolen from my room and neither should anyone else in the Cadet Wing. If administrative procedures can be taken to remedy this failure of standards, it would be most appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Very Respectfully,
Cadet Fourth Class Anthony Kim
Cadet Squadron 22- Raptors
United States Air Force Academy”
so we formed a coalition, like any military organization
I am very disappointed in this display of terrorism in our own backyard here in the squad. A tragedy like this has not been met since the storm trooper incident in Star Wars episode 4 “A New Hope”. We must act accordingly to stop these terrorist threats. I will not rest till I see the end to such actions. I will now declare the beginning of Operation Jawa Freedom. At this moment we have security forces surrounding the quad to ensure the capture and punishment of these evil doers. I will need the support of the people in this action; a nation torn apart can not achieve victory and neither can our squadron… God speed to the members of our mission that we may not suffer the consequences of kwanki…
Most Respectfully,

anyway, it was kelly and he got it back. excitement over.
