Surprised I’ve never checked this in. Very coffee; very roasty. Smooth but not velvety. There’s clearly stout in the nose, though wish it pushed through the coffee just a bit more.

Big like WA parks. A fair bit of resiny pine, like WA parks (at least on the west side). Good balancing citrus/fruit rind. Bitter for sure, though not overdoing it and keeping it clean.
