The entirety of your solution here is in the link, and that's generally discouraged here. After all, links die all the time and then this answer would no longer be helpful. It would be better to copy the important parts from that link into your answerEric Renouf– Eric Renouf2016-12-22 12:59:50 +00:00Commented Dec 22, 2016 at 12:59

1@EricRenouf this particular one is a link to ServerFault, so I'd have assumed that site would have the same longevity as this one?Chris Davies– Chris Davies2016-12-22 13:03:52 +00:00Commented Dec 22, 2016 at 13:03

1@roaima good point there, though I'd still prefer to have answers actually contain the answer itself. A link to another relevant answer would probably be better as a commentEric Renouf– Eric Renouf2016-12-22 13:05:28 +00:00Commented Dec 22, 2016 at 13:05

I am voting this answer up. Even though it is a link, it links to ServerFault which is part of the same network of StackExchange. It is really tiring and sad to see people discouraging other people to post answers. Person A posts something, Person B says: "this is not helpful" (or similar), but person B does not add anything to the discussion. Please let's stop that.thiagowfx– thiagowfx2016-12-22 13:25:55 +00:00Commented Dec 22, 2016 at 13:25

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. shell-script), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
