libpython3.5m.so.1.0 is indeed in /usr/local/lib. i recompiled python3 after executinr the command you gave, but i get the same error =(

i just saw this and you helped with that issue, what a coincidence from 1 year appart. ill follow what it says and ill let you know the results.

GREAT!!! I been working on this issue all day, i followed this > ../configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-shared --with-threads > LD_RUN_PATH=/usr/local/lib make > sudo make install and it did the thing. Thank you so much
