Three different roles, working with customers across Ads, Games and Media and Entertainment. Multiple countries visited and many life long friends made ❤️ I'll forever be grateful to those I've met along the way who supported my professional growth (too many people to mention!), challenged me and for the doors that have opened since being part of this incredible business. Whilst it felt like a huge decision to leave, I'm very excited for the next chapter kicking off next week!

What started in officiating now touches much more of the game, across data, performance, biomechanics, broadcast, and fan experience, and plays an increasingly important role in how sport is played and experienced around the world. I’ve been fortunate to be part of that journey over the past decade, but it’s the people who’ve made Hawk-Eye what it is. We’ve built an incredible team, and I’ve been lucky to work alongside some brilliant colleagues, partners, and friends along the way. Roz Bennetts liked thisRoz Bennetts liked this🇮🇪 One year of Amazon.ie. What a journey. A year ago, we launched Amazon.ie with a simple goal: to better serve Irish customers. Twelve months on, I’m still learning something new about this country and its customers every day, and I love that. This past year, Irish customers have surprised us in the best way. - Instant photography film becoming a favourite. - Dehumidifiers flying off the shelves in Galway (fair enough 🌧️). - A love of tennis balls in Limerick. - And Cork, a county of book lovers, with Kindle devices and bestselling titles among its top purchases. I love these insights. They say a lot about how and why customers are choosing Amazon.ie for everyday needs. What’s been especially meaningful is seeing customers embrace Irish brands on Amazon.ie, including Spotlight Oral Care, Tayto, All Real Nutrition and Juspy. Irish SMEs sold more than 7 million products on Amazon last year, more than 10 items every minute, reaching customers in over 150 countries and generating €180 million in export sales. We’ve had some fun along the way too. Working with Aisling Bea to teach Alexa some proper Irish sayings was a personal highlight. Now Alexa knows what the craic is, and I’m getting there myself (most of the time 😊). But we’re only getting started. Year two is about building on what we’ve learned and getting better. Better selection. Faster delivery. More support for Irish businesses. More reasons for customers to choose Amazon.ie. To every customer who placed an order, every Irish business that partnered with us, and every team member across our fulfilment and logistics network, thank you. Truly. Here’s to year two.
