💡 Reflecting on a rewarding Commercial Challenge Day with G&E Partners! This week, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the “Commercial Challenge Day” organised by Leeds Beckett University and G&E Partners. My team and I were tasked with using the Insights "Discovery" personality profiling model to analyse employee performance data and provide recommendations to enhance employee performance management and motivation strategies. 🎯 In a team, we collaborated aiming to uncover patterns between personality profiles and performance, focusing on strategies to boost high performers and support underperformers. As the lead for data analysis and interpretation, my role was to examine the dataset, interpret patterns, and co-present our findings with practical recommendations. 📈 I guided our data analysis efforts, aligning our insights with the challenge's objectives, and structured our findings into a concise presentation. I also coordinated our team’s activities to ensure a smooth workflow and a cohesive final solution. 🎉 Our team delivered a well-received presentation offering actionable insights, earning positive feedback from G&E Partners for both our analytical approach and practical recommendations. Thank you to my teammates, Ian, Sannie, Isaac, and Krittika, for an enjoyable day while cracking this case. 🚀This experience enhanced my skills in #data analysis and #presentation. I learned how vital it is to tailor strategies to different personality types, which can make a significant difference in managing performance and team dynamics. This challenge deepened my understanding of how data-driven insights can impact recruitment and management decisions in a practical setting. I also identified that my own personality profile aligns with the "Fiery Red" and "Cool Blue" 🔴🔵 quadrants of the model. 🙏 A big thank you to Christine Robinson and Helen Whale of Beckett Careers for arranging this insightful event and for their support throughout.
