In Q4 @NEARProtocol continued to just ship.
The highlight for me was the debut of NEAR Intents, which allows users to swap between chains easily (peep @infinex_app). NEAR has also been building the foundational infrastructure to become the blockchain for AI, specifically AI Agents.
