Not DnD related, but, a loooooong time ago, I made a mockup of a character sheet for a hypothetical mini Ninjas TTRPG. It's a shame we never got a part two.

I love it! Don't feel bad about not finishing it. As far as I'm concerned, if a character sheet is good enough, you almost don't need anything else, except a bit of creativity. I'd say this is not perfect, but usable.

I completely agree with the "it's not perfect, but usable" sentiment. Believe it or not, I originally created this over a decade ago! It's something I still revisit at least once a year, tweaking it mentally or reflecting on how it could evolve. You can definitely see the influences from systems like D&D and World of Darkness in the design, those were major inspirations at the time. That said, if I were to take another shot at it now, I think I’d approach it quite differently. With all the things I’ve learned since then, I’d likely go with a more rules-light route.
