The official opening of the Arrow Road Garage, located on the west side of Arrow Road, between Sheppard Avenue and Finch Avenue (1 block west of Highway 400) took place on November 17, 1988. Thus, the 10th TTC garage commenced operations on November 20, 1988.

The garage was built to ease the load at Wilson, Queensway, and Malvern Garages. When it opened, it took over operation of the following routes:

• 36 Finch West (from Wilson)
• 35 Jane (Wilson)
• 52 Lawrence West (Queensway)
• 58 Malton (Lansdowne)
• 59 Maple Leaf (Davenport)
• 73 Royal York (Lansdowne)
• 84 Sheppard West (Wilson)
• 60 Steeles West (Eglinton)

The 230,000 square foot facility has 2 wash racks and 2 diesel fueling stations. There are 12 40-foot hoists, 2 60-foot hoists, and 4 inspection pit stations. The garage currently houses a fleet of 47 NOVA LFS 40102, 181 NOVA LFS 40102 HYB, 36 NOVA LFS 60102 ARTIC and 25 FLYER XE-40 BEV LF buses.

As of September 5, 2021, Arrow Road Division currently operates these routes:

• 339 FINCH EAST NIGHT
• 352 LAWRENCE WEST NIGHT
• 384 SHEPPARD WEST NIGHT
• 396 WILSON NIGHT
• 927 HIGHWAY 27 EXPRESS
• 952 LAWRENCE WEST EXPRESS
• 984 SHEPPARD WEST EXPRESS
• 996 WILSON EXPRESS
