Throw away your Ramen noodles!
Today, I ate Korean Shin Ramyun Hot & Spicy noodle soup. At first glance, this might just seem to be an oversized knock-off of Ramen, but these puppies have some kick. You have your standard brick of dried noodles, ready for boiling. But, you also get a packet of dried vegetables (green onions, shitake mushrooms, red peppers, and carrots). They rehydrate nicely when boiled. And the spice packet! Dear Lord! Do NOT use over 3/4 of the packet if you wish to continue breathing. When they said Hot & Spicy, they meant it. Quite a kick for a $.79 lunch.
