Hoarder of Nothingness Gendies

Plum, they/them.  Mogaimon requests are open!

Intro time! Hi hi, I'm Plum, and this is my LGBTQ+/MOGAI blog! I'm an adult, though I am prone to being childish. I hoard pronouns and genders, but to keep it simple, I tend to say I'm nonbinary and use they/them pronouns. Though I'm a singlet, I occasionally use plural pronouns for myself, such as we and us (not sure why, it's not on purpose). I also feel the need to state that I'm white, I know some folks aren't comfy interacting with white ppl.

I make Pokemon + pride flag edits and will coin/find genders and make/find pronouns if you'd like! Requests are open unless explicitly stated otherwise, though I must note that I often lack the motivation to work on them, so it may take a while.

DNI if racist, homophobic, sexist, ableist, antisemitic, islamophobic, against neopronouns, against MOGAI, exclusionist, or primarily a kink blog.

WE NEED TO START TELLING PEOPLE ABOUT BIGENDERISM

seeing people say “sometimes i wish i was a guy but i still want to be a girl too” or vice versa and it’s like YOU CAN!!! YOU CAN DO THAT!!!! TAKE MY HAND

i accidentally cracked a bunch of eggs with this post

“what do you mean accidentally op” I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD ACTUALLY WORK!!!!

So sad seeing people say they didn't know this was an option or that this was 'allowed'. Firstly, there are no rules always do what makes you happy, but also this has always been one of the more common ways of being nonbinary/genderqueer its just forgotten in the "neither a man or woman" slogan. But nonbinary can also mean being both! You can be 100% both, or a 50/50 mix of both, or 30/70, or it can fluctuate, or you can be both a man and woman and third or fourth thing too, you can sometimes be a man and sometimes a woman, you can be a woman and something else but not a man, or a man and something else but not a woman! All of this can be bigender or a related label! Wanting to be something is often a sign that it is something you are, and you can be whatever you want! Be free!

Are you intersex?

It would be a great help if you were to take this 14 question survey about the sorts of terminology you prefer!

This survey will be posted in other locations and intersex forums, feel free to spread it yourselves, I am looking for 385 responses, from a wide array of intersex people from different backgrounds. I intend to use the results of this survey in an informational website I am working on with the help of other intersex folk! If you are not intersex, you can help out by reblogging!

hi trans people i hope you get to live. i hope you get to laugh so fucking loud and revel in how the wind blows through your hair and i hope you get to dress the way you like and i hope you get complimented on it. i hope you get to kiss someone or hug someone or hold hands with someone or be told how wonderful you are. i hope you get to dance to weird music and i hope you go swimming with no concerns other than how much sunscreen to put on and i hope you sing bad karaoke with your friends. i hope a kid spots you from across the road and realizes they don't have to live one way forever. i hope we all live

trans people i hope you get to eat some really good food and gasp at the animals and insects you see every day i hope you pick up a new hobby and it turns out to be pretty fun i hope you try on that coat and it makes you feel confident. i hope you get to tell people your name and i hope they tell you how cool it is i hope you get to rest i hope you watch a movie and fall over laughing. i hope you rejoice in living because you deserve to be alive and you deserve to have a joyous life

Knowing that trans women of color started the movement in the united states and were literally immediately erased and excluded from what they started is the most deeply jading knowledge.

It is the original sin of the so-called queer community and it damns it from the cradle.

Without Stonewall, without the efforts of Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, the LGBTQ Community wouldn’t be where it is today. Don’t forget the roots, don’t forget the catalyst.

and then TERFs wanna be like, “hmm well the LGBT community existed before Stonewall!”

but like…Becky, of course LGBTQ+ people existed before Stonewall. We’ve all existed since the beginning of time. But the movement got a shock to its senses, a jump-start, a rocket-into-space when that glass shattered via Marsha P. Johnson, and when Sylvia Rivera was up on-stage protesting guess who was on the sidelines heckling her?

The same fuckers who won’t ever reblog or acknowledge this

My apologies to the original poster as I photo captured this post to add to the thread-I reposted this last year for pride and expect to repost it every year I have left-it’s our history people.

Marsha P. Johnson allegedly died of suicide in 1992, and her death was never investigated. Even I, a mere prole, could catch the “she was murdered” vibes from the circumstances surrounding the discovery of her body.

Without a trans black woman, LGBT+ rights would not exist. Never forget. Never “pay it no mind”.

Reblog if you 100% okay with a transgender person correcting you if you accidentally misgender them or use their dead name.

please do

Not just transgender, but anyone. If i ever call you he/she/they and it’s wrong, like yeah call me out.

no nonbinary person should ever feel obligated to say that they’re aligned with a binary gender. your gender does not have to be described in relation to binary genders, nor do you have to feel more closely connected to one of the two.

sick of other trans people looking like a deer in the headlights when reminded that amabs can be nb too. there are really still people in our own community who think a nonbinary person is like. a woman wearing jeans

i've had people treat me visibly different after hearing my voice or seeing my face as if i'm some sort of predator or interloper. this attitude towards amab trans people especially nonbinary people really paints a picture of what the lgbt community thinks of gender in general

anyway did i mention: amab enby rights

amab enby rights

amab enby rights

amab enby rights

AMAB ENBY RIGHTS

I genuinely hate when people invalidate demiromantic/demisexual/other labels in general by saying somethin like "OMG!!!! why do these labels exist that's how every relationship is!!!!! what has this generation come to?!!?,!?!!"

some people out here are dating someone they just met two days ago. while it literally took me two whole years of getting to know someone before having a crush on them. can y'all please not find excuses to invalidate aspec/arospec people. thanks

“Why would you even transition if you don’t even want to look cis?”

Because I’m happy the way I am and I love being silly with how I present myself. The world needs more men with tits and women with beards. We deserve to be treated as humans with respect. We should be free to be our own people instead of trying to fit into ideas of gender made by cis people. Love and peace ❤️

Transfems and transmascs in the notes of this posts talking about how they don’t want to look like cis people. Yaaa transgender happiness and joy win!!

"love every trans woman you meet before it's too late" is a tumblr post that is very close to my heart because it was inspired by a friend of mine attempting suicide.

like a lot of people seem to assume it's about the banning and stuff and i mean like it can be. love the trans women in your life before the structures around them isolate them. love them before they feel like they're unloved. yk.

but like.

love every trans woman you meet before it's too late is particularly strong to me because it's literally about a friend of mine i thought it was too late for.

i was too scared of making her uncomfortable to let her know how much i love her and how wonderful it is to know her and how happy i am to have met her. and i thought she was gone.

love every trans woman you meet before it's too late is a reminder to me to always push past that discomfort. to always try to make the trans women in your life feel loved. because we so often feel unlovable.

even if you think your actions speak for themselves, push beyond your fears. tell them directly.

"i love you."

"you're a wonderful force in my life, you make me happy."

"i would miss you when you're gone."

"please come to me with your problems."

"i love you."

let the trans women in your life know exactly how much you care about them. let them know you love them. let them know they're your best friend. let them know you'll always be there for them.

they will doubt they're good enough they'll doubt they're loved they'll doubt everything that gives them value. but take them into your heart and make them feel it.

be their shoulder to cry on.

please don't ever let it be too late.

happy tdov i love you

Shoutout to asexual butches, because I feel like so much that people say about butches is inherently sexual. Do you respect asexual butches? Do you respect butches who don't want to be sexualised or give you sex? Asexual butches I love you <3
