You probably haven’t heard it but my last album is kind of an ode to being an artist on the internet in 2025-2026
My goal was to clarify for myself how I feel about some things, and my secondary goal was for you to feel something

Was listening back to my album ruined castle while doing yard work earlier (so self indulgent, I know!) and I feel like it would make for such a good weird live set. So continuing on my stupid thread of “what would kid lightbulbs live be like if I had all the money and fame”:

I totally see a stripped down performance with a 3-piece accompanied by a string quartet
- me on vocals, piano, guitar, bass
- or on vocals & keys
- ilybby or or frankearthside on beats/samples/soundscapes/percussion/guitar
(depending on availability of course)

I’m starting to think that the *only* thing that brings people together online is to take a terrible person to task for doing/saying a bad capitalism

Finally got most of the pieces in place to turn Unstream into a proper progressive web app: logins for non-artists, saving functionality, eventually release notifications. It works nice when you add it to your phone Home Screen. Kinda obviates the need to deal with app stores.
