New mods
Okay....I procrastinated on this, but I finally did it! I added some very lax rules. Also, I would like to welcome 
heardtheworld, allthatjazz7889, and insane_clarinet to the mod team. All of them applied, and I didn't see a reason to just choose one.
1 month and 9 days until move in for drum corps! Can't wait :-)
