A guy problem!

Summary of Problem: There's this guy drew and i knew him for about a year and about a a month ago I saw him for the first time in like 7 months. That same day I got my first kiss from him and he fingered me and I gave him a hand-job. Well then about 2 days latter he tells me he doesnt like me and tells my friend that he did it to get so "ass". Well then I saw him agian this past weekend and he said he did like me> I mean not now, but when he did those things. What doesnt make sense to me is why didnt he ask me out. You know? Also ever since my dad found out about what we did he doesnt want to talk to me, but the thing is his parents didnt care about what me and hiim did. So when ever I talk to him on aim sometimes he'll say sweet things to me to make me feel better and then other times he can be kind of rude. He says he only likes me as a friend, but I don't know I think he cares about me more then he thinks.
QUESTION: Well my question is do you think he likes me more then a friend? Also please tell me how to get over him.
