just some suggestions. If you don't want to implement these, it's fine. Therapists irl will almost never tell you "do this" unless you specifically ask. They're advised against deciding for you, they're there to help you process your emotions/figure out what you want to do. It would be more accurate to maybe have the therapist discuss with themselves what the therapist should do. Also, the start is a little expositionly. You could start with the furniture already there, instead of having a landlord give it, which is very weird. The TV at the start feels very needlessly expositional, too. Apart from that, I liked the character voices! They all felt very distinct
