Hi Everyone im new to this community but i really like it a lot!!! I love Stephan hes gorgeous!!! If i saw him walking on the street i would probably die right there, lol, but i was hoping that someone could be my hero (lol) and make me an icon using this pic......

I'd like it to say "Lagunas Hottest...." and then under that say "had to be stephan!".....in some type of font that is kinda bubbley looking lol and if anyone could put like a blue tint to the whole pic. if anyone knows what im talking about! 

If anyone can help me out it would be soooo great of them im just clueless of how to make icons (dont get me wrong i want to learn i just havent yet)!!!
