Sarkos was an Assistant Vice Minister in the Galactic Empire's Ministry of Agriculture on Lothal, a woman with a rail-thin appearance. When Dhara Leonis was accepted to the Academy for Young Imperials on Lothal, she paid a visit to the Leonis family apartment, where she offered congratulations to Dhara's brother, Zare, regarding Dhara's acceptance. Zare, unenthused, responded with a half-smile and an excuse, resulting in him getting a scolding from his nanny droid, Auntie Nags.[1]
