Issa-Or was a female Twi'lek who worked alongside the human Cobb Vanth as a law enforcer on Tatooine following the death of Jabba the Hutt.[1] In 5 ABY,[2] Issa-Or and Vanth rescued the human Malakili from Red Key Raiders, and they offered him a job in Freetown. Issa-Or had a tall stature, and one of her lekku was mangled and puckered with scar tissue.[1]
