Ghost Agents were agents of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. They infiltrated the Confederacy of Independent Systems and fed the Republic information. At one point, a thief stole a Ghost Agent's identity. The Clone commando squad Clone Force 99 was then tasked by Jedi Master Mace Windu to capture the thief.[1]
