Stack Exchange is a criminal organization with a long and committed history of breaking all sorts of laws, from employment law ten years ago, through libel law five years ago, to their deep and robust commitment to criminal violations of copyright law today. The leadership is abusive, unethical, dishonest, unaccountable, out of touch, and incompetent. They will lie, cheat, and steal. They don’t have the rights to license you much of content they’re offering, and any attempts to use it for your own business may result in exposing yourself to significant legal exposure.

If all of that weren’t enough, their CEO also supported Donald Trump in 2024, so leadership’s disrespect for the law doesn’t only apply to civil and criminal law, but also constitutional law, and democracy in general.
