v1.1.3 Released

I know this is really soon after v1.1.2, but I thought it was significant enough that it was worth releasing. Here's the high level changes. You can read everything and download the new version on the Release page.

• You can now change the location of the database file making it easier to locate for backups, etc.
• You can now edit the templates for the core tags (Character Action, Oracle, Dice)
• Configuration options are documented in the README on the Github page.
