New Health food store

So I remembered seeing a new health food store on the walk from the L train to home, and I went there today. Brooklyn Natural Food Co. is the name and it's really nice. New and modern, with a lot of cool vegetarian food and sandwiches. I bought boca burgers and chik stiks and some other stuff. The guy was really friendly in there and we chatted for a bit. He asked if I would post some flyers in the building and I said yeah. A good shopping experience. I got some good shitake sesame vinagrette dressing. I gotta figure out a good time to cook after work - probably a little later than normal, like 9. Lately everyone seems to be cooking at the same time, around 8 PM. That x 6 = crowded kitchen. I'm finishing tortellini and maybe cook soon. In addition to trying to eat better, I gotta get motivation to prepare the meal as well as eat it.
