I got glasses and I hate them. I don't know what to do. I'll tell more later. I just got in.

I realized that if in fact my account was deleted, it was meant to be. Something I did forced my karma to crush the demoniac and it's one less entanglement for me. I feel good.

I had a long talk with my parents about my mothers diet, after she told me she's been feeling tired after a brief bit of activity. I asked her and my Dad what she's been eating, and since i've been maintaining their food stock and refridgerator, I know what they have to eat, and what they don't eat. I realized my Mother isn't getting enough nutrition to start her day and needs to get her energy from good natural sources. Less pills, more real food. I realized what she needs and tried to talk to them about a morning diet of fresh fruit and juice, and cutting out the small amount of decaffeinated coffee she drinks. I just got home from their house and found this article. Since she's been having memory problems, it's particularly interesting. It's as if I read it before I talked to them, but it was just logical to me. I can't wait to show it to them and prove what I knew was true.
