I made my first tutorial, hope you'll enjoy it!:)

This coloring looks better if there are any warm(red, orange, yellow, pink) colors on the pic.
Prepare your base-crop, sharpen etc.
1.Go to Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Levels
Input: 28 1 236
Output: 0 255
2.Make a new fill layer(Layer-New fill layer-Solid color), fill it with #4e4e4e and set it to Lighten
3.Then go to Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Channel mixer and put those settings:
RED
Red +136
Green -28
Blue -2
BLUE
Red 0
Green 0
Blue +98
4.Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Color Balance
Color levels:+35 +19 -7
Tone balance-midtones, put a tick on Preserve Luminosity if there isn't.
5.Make a Selective Color Layer(Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Selective Color)
Reds
Cyan +42
Magenta +24
Yellow +44
Black +22
