My Bio

i'm a 2d animator/illustrator in California.
I graduated calarts character animation, got some awards for animated short films, including 2nd place in animated films at college television awards from academy of arts and science foundation (also known as student emmys) with my calarts films.
after graduating school, I worked for animation studios like Disney, fox, sony, duck, mnet. as a hand drawn 2d animator.

I also work as a children's book illustrator/character designer as a freelancer and our animated ebook got awards from london and la book festivals.

Should get back to drawings

It has been a while since I posted new art here. I was all tied up with publishing work for a while, than i thought I would be able to get back to doing more personal art, but than... I found out my cat was going through Chronic Kidney Disease... I poured all my attention and time to help him for past couple of years, but could not stop him from leaving...in the end. I was sleeping 2~3 hours at times, and needed to feed him 4~5 times a day, and there were medications to give me 30 min. before the meal, and 2 hours after the meal. and I just could not live a normal life at all for past couple of years.... I did give 100% of myself, and I do not regret that part... but still, there are always things to regret when your fur baby passes away. I did not know what kind of horrible disease CKD was until now. I really wish no one else has to go through this... after he passed, it still took a while for me to get into this state of mind, that i can post things again. I still miss him a lot

Sorry i have been away for a while, for those of you who follow me on instagram https://www.instagram.com/snuapril01/ might have noticed, but i was away for a while visiting italy, and was also busy with friend visiting from overseas.
