The Rikers: Generation Three Spares, Part 1
Nadia married her college sweetheart, the llama mascot, Manuel Fancey. They're both family sims, so of course they both wished to start a family right away.
Manuel can sometimes have a bit of a wandering eye, though. He brought home Beverly from work several times.
First born is a boy, named Adán.
Those sleepless nights are really killing Manuel, but he's a dedicated father and doesn't mind.
While little Adán naps, Nadia plays with Zephyr*, letting her know that just because there's a baby in the house does not mean she's forgotten.
Suspecting something between her husband and Beverly, Nadia invites her to dinner to see if her intuition is correct or if she's just paranoid.
Nadia puts her suspicions to rest.
Feeling a bit lighter mood-wise and with her little boy occupied, she plays her favorite game, bathtub pirate.
The Kennedy nose continues.
Zephyr: No use fighting. He's cute, but I'll always be cuter.
Manuel wishes for wealth, so that his family can be comfortable while he continues to climb the Entertainment ladder.
Of course with money comes burglaries...
Manuel does not care for violence.
At the same time, Zephyr challenges Jeeves, the Fancey's elderly, grumpy cat.
In the kitchen, Nadia's taking a food nap as all this is happening.
Waking to the sound of chaos, Nadia waddles her way to the next room to see what all the commotion is.
Zephyr: That's right grumpy butt, bow down to me!
Of course, having a tomboy sister and aunt and a family who spent their Saturdays watching Sim State vs. Académie Le Tour, Nadia loves a good fight.
Manuel, on the other hand, not so much...
Burglar: Darn it! Foiled again!
Cop: Quiet you!
Nadia's close to bursting with that second child.
With another little one on the way and a slob for a husband, Nadia asks Manuel to hire an extra hand to help keep the house in tip top shape. Kaylynn's happy to find new work, considering her past indiscretions.
Adán excitedly regales his father about his first day of school.
He really took after both his parents facially, but the combination makes him look like an elven Pinocchio.
It Jeeves' time. While he might've been a grump, the hired help really liked him.
Their second child is a girl named Inés.
Trevor Caliente goes past the house as he takes Quizno for a walk.
Adán decides he'd like a playmate to torment, but Trevor isn't having it. (He is Nina Caliente's son.)
Nadia uses the ballet bar to work off the baby weight.
Her fitness efforts are fruitless, though, as she discovers she's pregnant again.
Uncle Nathan and Aunt Katherine stop by to give Adán a congratulations gift.
Inés' birthday!

Zephyr's still around.
Zephyr: I have this family wrapped around my dew claw.

Adán brings home Maureen from school.
Nadia takes a liking to Maureen and her heart aches at knowing that the poor girl is in an orphanage.

Zephyr: Here we go again...
Now a teen, Adán decide to try to go for something a bit wild for a while.
The synth is the family addiction.
Adán's room got a makeover.
Sofía's out of diapers!
Zephyr befriends local stray, Andy.
And Inés joins her brother in adolescence.
These two are still just as in love as they first married.
Siblings.
And now there are three teenagers in the house. Nadia and Manuel have their work cut out for them.
Nadia and Manuel's bedroom got a bit of a makeover.
Sofía, who's almost the spitting image of her mother.
Just to give an idea of sleeping arrangements, though it didn't last long...
...since Nadia and Manuel, feeling broody but not wanting to go through the mess of pregnancy and labor at such an advanced age, decided to adopt Maureen.
Maureen's a bit stand-offish and shy initially, but warms up to Nadia pretty quickly.
Inés enjoys a pancake breakfast in absolute silence other than the sounds of her own chewing, since her sister is upstairs, primping, and her brother has moved to college.
With the kids more independent and Maureen feeling comfortable in her new home, Nadia took some time to herself to get into shape.
While her hair may have turned gray overnight and she might not be as youthful-looking as she once was, Nadia's still got it!
