A pair of Glass Eyes is an item obtained in Silent Hill: Origins. To retrieve them, Travis Grady must complete the Anatomy Puzzle found in the 1F Exam Room of Alchemilla Hospital. Upon completion, the model's eyes will open, allowing the player to remove them. Inserting them into the death mask door on the first floor of the Otherworld Alchemilla Hospital will unlock it.
When examined in the Otherworld, the model becomes a real corpse with missing eyes.
