We are happy to share that the Department of Building Inspection (DBI) approved our permit for the Jackson Playground Improvement Project.
Construction is on-pace to begin on this curb-to-curb park renovation in late 2027, with the park slated to reopen in late 2029.
Later this month, you will see the permit notice posted on-site as part of our DBI noticing requirements, but to be clear, construction will not begin in 2026. DBI permit approval is an important project milestone, but we’ve got several steps ahead before we can enter construction, including finalizing project financing, completing design reviews, and obtaining other construction permits.
