Favorite "LOST IN SPACE" (2018-2021) Episodes

Below is a list of my favorite episodes from the Netflix remake of the 1965-1968 science-fiction series, "LOST IN SPACE". Written by Matt Sazama, Burk Sharpless and Zack Estrin; the series starred Molly Parker and Toby Stephens:



FAVORITE "LOST IN SPACE" (2018-2021) EPISODES



1. (2.08) "Mutiny" - While Dr. Maureen Robinson leads a mutiny to force the Resolute's command staff to rescue colonists stranded on a nameless planet below, the colony ship's Intelligence Officer Hastings visits John Robinson to deliver an ultimatum. Their younger daughter Penny tries to convince their son Will that his Robot has changed.





2. (3.02) "Contact" - While Judy Robinson sets out to find a survivor on a planet where she, Dr. Zoey Smith and the other children have landed, her siblings Penny and Will Robinson explore a mysterious tunnel. Light years away, their parents Maureen and John Robinson, along with Don West, hunt for the remains of SAR (Second Alien Robot).





3. (1.10) "Danger, Will Robinson" - The Robinson family scrambles to launch from the dying planet they had earlier crashed on, stage an impossible rescue, and reach the colony starship Resolute before it leaves orbit for good.





4. (1.07) "Pressurized" - Judy Robinson, Don West and a group of other stranded colonists race home across the planet's desert with their precious cargo of fuel from the Jupiter 18 ship, needed to launch from the planet. Meanwhile, John and Maureen Robinson's rover gets stuck in a tar pit and slowly begins to sink to the bottom.





5. (3.04) "Nothing Left Behind" - As Maureen, John, Don and the adults race to destroy all clues to the location of Alpha Centauri, humanity's new colony, the Robinson kids receive an ominous message from SAR.





6. (1.03) "Infestation" - Flashbacks reveal the past of con artist June Harris, who is impersonating a colonist named Dr. Zachary Smith. The Robinsons face a natural threat when the ice layer over their ship Jupiter 2 cracks and exposes an eel infestation.





7. (2.06) "Severed" - A metal-eating parasite from the planet below quickly spreads throughout one section of the Resolute, leaving Penny, the con artist June Harris aka Zoe Smith and friends stranded in tight quarters. Will and Maureen set out with advanced technology specialist Ben Adler to find the Robot on the planet below.





8. (3.01) "Three Little Birds"</i> - Following a year after their separation from their parents, the Robinson siblings, Dr. Smith and the other children of the Resolute scramble to find the titanium they need to get to Alpha Centauri.





9. (2.02) "Precipice" - While the Robinsons' individual spacecraft, Jupiter 2, remains stranded on a watery planet; Penny and Maureen become trapped in a mysterious metal trench. Meanwhile, mechanic/smuggler Don West falls prey to a nasty toxin.





10. (1.08) "Trajectory" - Maureen finds a solution to the colonists' fuel issue, but putting her plan into action proves trickier than expected. Dr. Smith realizes her deception has been blown.
