I'm fine with most of the finale, but what I cannot understand is the build-up with Gen V, particularly with Marie Mareau, just kind of fizzled. They built it up in Gen V like there would be some kind of showdown or at least a confrontation, but it was a fat nothing burger.

One of the better shows on TV right now. Great stories, and it is good to see them accurately reflect the lives and conditions the Navajo and all indigenous people face. It is not accusatory; it is a matter of fact: this is the way it was and is today.

Maybe. Or it covers the time period between when he went back to be with agent Carter and when he gave Sam the shield. Red Guardian hinted in Black Widow that he had fought with Rodgers during the 80's.

Just read the series last year after reading it inspired Pierce Brown. Great series but IMO book 3 could have had its major plot points merged into book 2 and 4 and been just as impactful.

If you haven't read NK Jemisin's Broken Earth series you are missing out. Provocative and thoughtful characters woven into a unique story. It grabs you in the first few pages and doesn't let go until the last paragraph in the final book. The series does what all great series does, it wraps the story up nicely while leaving you wishing for more.

The pacing of the first 3 seasons made the show feel like a 5 or 6 season run. With it ending the Leland story line is feeling rushed.

I am having a hard time understanding why a show like this is being "ended" while The Mayor of Kingstown or Tulsa King continue on. Starting to become hard to justify this subscription.
