My mother got her house broken into the other day. She was in bed when someone came into her room. When the realised someone was in, they apologised and ran away. Funnily enough, when the police came and were investigating, they discovered that two guys have been sleeping in her care which has been off the road in her driveway for the past few months!

It could have been much worse but still - so scary! She's looking for a new place now.

Speaking of new places...

I moved house a couple of weeks ago. It's not far from my old place, but the landlord wanted me out so he could move in. It actually worked out for the best - the new house is way better. It's a lot warmer and a lot less damp. Plus, as a bonus, bits of the ceiling are going to randomly fall on me which is always a positive!
