edit i asked an acquaintance to try it on their laptop out of curiousity. interestingly they had the same error. we tried the solution, but it didn't work.
there,i figured it out, i hope it will suffice. i downloaded the previous version once but never unzipped it. when i downloaded the new file I deleted the olde one.
menu works fine an soundtrack, too. after text with the trigger warning the page 'an exception has occurred' pops up and neither ignore ore rollback works. I would love to upload a picture of this but itch.io doesn't let me.
someone in the comments mentioned the real name being used. This explains why i got so confused. He suddenly called me deck because I was playing on my steam deck. Now that I know this I couldn't stop grinning for a while; still love the game though.
never have done a project before, haven't you. Things can go wrong and I do not mean only in creative ones.
You feeling upset about it is valid .If this is the reason you wanting to drop the game just drop it, it is your right to do so. But it doesn't excuse you from being outright hostile and taking out your anger on someone for something out of their control.
i loved the story so far but it was difficult for me to play. there where a lot of errors in the windows version and linux outright refused me. i wonder if it is a problem only on my end.
i actually did this already. I had the same issue with the guitar earlier as well. I am able to o play the music mini game now but I am still not able to progress after the phone. However there is no error message and everything else seems to work normal.
nice work so far but I'm stuck. After the guitar mini-game is there something supposed to be displayed on the phone? text box narration says kian contacted me but i can do nothing else but stare at the blank phone.
