01. 07/00 - Great use of a split canvas there. // loved how for the landscape challenge the artist removed half the icon, forcing our eye to consider what is missing (the landscape) which is really quite smart. Beautifully cropped and I love the muted colouring. // Fantastic use of texture/crop and the muted contrast and coloring are very effective at evoking the mood of the show.
02. 09/00 - lovely far crop and nice texture use for the background, coloring is beautiful as well // Beautiful use of color. The icon is crisp and the crop strong.
03. 08/02 - The icon is very clean and simple yet conveys a dreamy quality through the lighting and the glowing haze suffusing the right and bottom sides. // I love the use of light and the focus it draws to the subject. // simplistic and gorgeous; love the classic design and muted colouring. 25. 08/01 - The crop on this is perfect, and the stark contrast between the blue of the water and the green of the land is just excellent. // love the colour and light, and the lurking Ravenstag is perfect // Excellent choice to have the elk because it's not just a random background it contains one of the strongest symbols in the show. It goes with the show/subject really well.
26. 07/01 - It's beautifully simple and still has great color and detail. // really appreciate the decision to use an urban landscape and the offsetting of the subject character is really interesting. // love the softness and muted shades of the background

29. 04/02 - This is a great icon because the figures are clear but the focus is really really on the background and the background is a really important part of the story arc! // I like the fact that the lead figure is the brightest part of the icon indicating a ‘saviour’ element to the character. // I love how distant the crop is and how the light seems to highlight the subject in white

31. 06/01 - The subject in the middle really balances out the teal hues around the icon, matching the whole color scheme. // The different tones of green are stunning and the center crop does a great job of anchoring the image.
