Tablet - same pic, different version

What I´ve basically tried to do here and here, was giving it a watercolour like look. That´s why it looks a bit blurred. 
I´ve seen it doesn´t exactly work in some places: Hair, bows and eyes. That´s why I didn´t like the hair in the first version - and made another one. I definitely like this one better, though I had the same trouble (if not more!) with fucking up and trying to repair...

Any opinions?!
