Facilities Assistant-TOR000NP
Description
Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, the Facilities Assistant Intern will provide office service support to Businesses and Functions. To fulfill this role, the Facilities Assistant Intern will:
- Assist the mail room staff with incoming/outgoing courier/mail
- Deliver large incoming packages to floors
- Re-stock paper at copiers and printers
- Assist with meeting room set-up, including AV equipment
- Review inventory and re-order kitchen and stationary supplies as required
- Re-stock coffee stations
- Assist with small office moves
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Post high school education or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Have good oral and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills with a willingness to learn
- Enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who can effectively work independently or part of a team
