i really liked the ending of the book. I didnt like the idea of someone going on a whale hunt for revenge. I mean the whale works by instincts and its instincts were to eat his leg at that point.  I didnt really like Ahab anyways, so it didnt really bother me that he died, i would have been more upset if the whale had died. But, that could be because of my soft spot for animals.
