How was your week of running/walking/swimming/biking?

How I did this week:

I did ok after my week off, hitting four best times in a row.  (I am 16 seconds away from making 6 mph on my 3.21 route!!) Then my head cold came back (or I caught a new one?), and I skipped my weekend run. Sucks to be sick.  Hoping to run tomorrow with no issues, but if the cold persists ... News from Casey, who knows exercise backwards and forewards: my tweaky hip pain may be related to taking too-long strides and/or needing more core strength.  Sit-ups and crunches, here I come. Yay.
