I did all my runs, on the right days! It is so cool to be sitting at my laptop on a SATURDAY night and know that I don't have to run tomorrow. Yay! I did my long run about an hour after eating dinner, and the side cramps were not so nice. Also not nice: nearly twisting my bad ankle because as dusk deepened, I could not see to put my feet down where they ought.
