Yes. When you arrive, head up to the exhibit on the 3rd floor to sign up for a time slot — you’ll be given a timed ticket then. Timed tickets help reduce wait times, as the number of guests is limited to the number of AR headsets available.
No, this is augmented reality (AR), meaning digital elements appear layered onto the real world rather than replacing it entirely.
The video runs for 10 minutes, and visitors should also allow time for fitting the AR headset. The total experience typically takes 15–20 minutes.
This exhibition is designed for visitors ages 10 and up, due to the weight of the headset and the minimum eye distance required for comfortable viewing.
Yes, most visitors can wear glasses while using the AR equipment.
