2025.22 SurveyOverflow

Several people have pointed out that the yearly StackOverflow Developer Survey is online. Please take the survey and put in “Raku” when being questioned about programming languages (as it is not listed as a standard option yet), so that it may show up as an option next year. Thank you!

Steve’s Corner

This week Steve Roe is inviting people to think about a new version of the raku.org website, as Steve has volunteered to make a prototype of such a website. Any feedback will be thoroughly appreciated!

Anton’s Corner

Anton Antonov started a new series about LLM function calling, the first part tackling the weather (as an example of a question) using OpenAI.

Winding down

Next week’s Weekly may be a day (or possibly a week) late on account of the second Raku Core Summit.

Please keep staying safe and healthy, and keep up the good work! Even after week 19 of hopefully only 209.

Meanwhile, still: Слава Україні!  Героям слава!

If you like what I’m doing, committing to a small sponsorship would mean a great deal!
