By hiring me, you acknowledge and consent to the following conditions. Kindly review them carefully prior to making a purchase.

GENERAL

Commissioned works are intended for personal use exclusively unless commercial rights have been acquired (extra charges may apply based on the service type).

My creations can be utilized for personal showcases like profile images, banners, posting on social media with credit, or printing for personal use, but should not be exploited for profit without prior consent.

Usage of AI/NFT is explicitly forbidden.

My creations cannot be included in AI datasets, algorithms, or minted as NFTs.

I hold the right to refuse commissions that exceed my skill set or involve topics I choose not to illustrate.

Effective communication is crucial.

If I do not receive a reply within a week, I will assume you are satisfied with the current state and proceed with the artwork as is.

You are entitled to complimentary amendments at the sketch phase only.

Any further modifications will incur a fee of $15 each, payable before I progress.

Please ensure all comments are provided during the sketch phase.

PAYMENTS & FEES

All payments must be made in full upfront via the chosen platform (Venmo preferred, paypal available also.)

Payments for proposals should be settled in full within a week, or they will be rejected.

A fee of $50 for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will apply if you request that I do not share your commission publicly or include it in my portfolio.

If a client desires to purchase Commercial Use rights post-commission,

the fees will be: $25 USD for Streamer Commercial Use and $40 USD for Merchandise Commercial Use .

REVISIONS

Amendments are available only during the sketch phase. Once sketches have been approved, no further adjustments will be allowed unless there is a mistake on my part.

Errors I make will be rectified at no additional charge.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Commissioning work may take as long as 2 weeks depending on factors like complexity, waiting lists, health, school, or personal issues.

I will inform you of any delays.

If you prefer to bypass the queue for priority service, that will incur a $10 USD fee.

You must contact me directly or indicate on the request if you are seeking a rush fee .

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

As the artist, I retain all rights to the commissioned piece.

You are acquiring usage rights, rather than ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to:

* Market myself and my services .

* Share on social media and in my portfolio .

* Produce prints/merchandise (only applicable to fanart commissions).

Conditions:

If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be shared or utilized for promotional reasons.

REFUNDS

I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund for a commission at any time.

You may withdraw before making a payment.

Once payment is completed, refunds are not garanted except if I can't complete ur commision.

Chargebacks are strictly forbidden .

Initiating a chargeback will:

* Nullify your rights to utilize the artwork .

* Result in your inclusion in a public blacklist (with proof) .

* Permit me to resell or reuse the artwork at my discretion .

* Lead to a formal complaint against you .

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS

You are allowed to:

* Use the artwork for personal use only (unless commercial rights have been secured) .

* Print the artwork for personal use .

* Share it on social media with proper credit to me "@puppyboystink " .

You are NOT permitted to:

* Utilize the artwork for business purposes without authorization.

* Assert ownership of the artwork or neglect to acknowledge me.

* Erase signatures or watermarks.

* Sell or distribute the artwork again.

* Alter the artwork without my permission.

* Use artwork acquired for personal use in merchandise, streaming, or business ventures.

PROHIBITION POLICY

Violating these guidelines could lead to a lasting public exclusion (with proof)

This exclusion list may be provided to other creators.

CONCLUSIVE AGREEMENT

By hiring me for a project, you confirm that you have read, comprehended, and accepted all of the aforementioned conditions .
