My name is Anthony Sierra, firefighter/paramedic, fitness coach, and founder of Shift Ready.
For over 20 years, fitness has been a major part of my life. I've owned and operated multiple coaching businesses, earned certifications in strength and conditioning, nutrition, Olympic lifting, CrossFit, and yoga, and helped people improve their performance both inside and outside the gym.
Today, my focus is helping firefighters and first responders build the strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery habits needed for a long and healthy career. The demands of shift work, sleep disruption, stress, and the physical nature of the job require a different approach than generic fitness programs.
Shift Ready was created to provide practical, firefighter-specific coaching that improves performance on duty, reduces injury risk, and helps you stay ready for the job, your family, and life outside the firehouse.
