Firstly, thank you very much for your purchase, we appreciate your trust in our service. We are committed to ensuring a seamless shipping experience.Shipping is free and available in Europe. Once your order is placed it is processed before shipment, this occurs within 7 working days. Shipping takes approximately 8 working days within the UK .

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location. We partner with Royal mail to deliver your items securely. Prior to your order being shipped you will receive an email with tracking information so that you will also be able to view the journey your your extensions are taking to you.
