Historic 100 year snow, w00t!

The kitties all like to assist in the lacing up of the boots. Such nice long laces! :DDDD

A couple pics from around the house. Luckily the pavement was warm enough that 3 or 4 of those 9 inches melted on the driveway, otherwise I would have had to shovel out. The car easily powered through what was there (it's all mostly melted tonight) and the roads were fine by afternoon.

Work got delayed this morning, so I got a half holiday and a little time to go tromping about the park:

Wheeeee so beautiful! \o/ Ahem. By which I mean of course, damn snow, is spring ever going to get here, etc. (I am also biased by the fact that continued cold weather and most sane folks staying home may just allow me to get the spring school group mailings out on time if I don't putz around).
