Jenn Pelly has been writing for Pitchfork since 2011. Her work has also appeared in The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, The Wire, and elsewhere. She is the author of The Raincoats, a short book on the feminist punk band, and currently co-authors the newsletter Cryptophasia. She was a full-time Pitchfork staffer for six years, as a writer and then an editor of reviews, before becoming a contributing editor in 2018.
