Abstract

AI in healthcare settings calls for varying degrees of disclosure to healthcare consumers. Without concluding, this chapter explores considerations for applying the disclosure framework. It also touches on whether in some cases transparency is enough to satisfy ethical demands, i.e., to ensure the ethical delivery of health care.
