Abstract

In the article the problem of balance of secularization and modernization. Desecration of religion, according to the author, is the main element of the modernization project, the result of which is the spread of secular rationality of theoretical knowledge in social technologies and social-regulatory system, in particular – to the legal system, constitution, democracy, civil society, human rights, etc.., corresponding neoteologie scientism as a strategy to modernize the traditional society through scientific knowledge in the context of desecration of religious ethics and decomposition of the institutional framework in the form of the Catholic church. Along with modernization discourse scientistic interpretation neoteologie formed other uses of implicit clerical discourse for direct or indirect formulation of alternative programs kontrmodernizatsiyi that somehow is connected with the (partial or complete) reproduction sakralizovanosti traditional society in pagan religions.
